What we do with your details
This is a short page because we collect very little.
Sending your profile
The assessment ends with a form for your name, work email, an optional note and the profile your answers produced. Pressing the send button makes one email to one inbox at silenos.ai, and it goes nowhere else. We keep it so we can reply and so we remember the conversation. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Before you send
The assessment and the small business guide work in your browser. Your answers stay on your device, and the profile is built there, so nothing on our side scores it or runs it through a machine before a person reads it. The assessment sends nothing until you press the send button. The guide sends nothing at all. Its Discuss this with Silenos button opens a draft in your own email application, and nothing goes out unless you send it.
How long any of it lasts
Sending a profile builds an email and sends it, so your words last as long as that mailbox keeps them and exist nowhere else on this site. There is no database, so there is no retention period to state.
Your network address, and the spam limit
To stop a single machine sending us a thousand messages, the site counts sends by network address and stops accepting them after five in an hour. The address is held in memory for one hour, is never written to disk or put in the email, and is never looked at by a person.
Who else handles it
Four companies. Cloudflare serve this site and keep standard server logs, including your network address, which we do not read. Resend send the email your profile produces, which means the contents of that email pass through them. Cal.com run the booking page. Nothing on this site contacts them until you follow a booking link, and if you never book a call they never hear of you. If you do, they hold your name, your email and the time you chose, and Microsoft hold the same three things, because the booking becomes an entry in a Microsoft 365 calendar and the call itself runs on Teams. Nobody else is involved, and none of them is paid to do anything with your details except the thing described here.
What we do not do
The site has no analytics, tracking, advertising pixels or cookies, so it has no cookie banner. That also means we cannot tell how many people read this page.
Fonts and files
Every font and image on this site is served from silenos.ai. Nothing you load here tells another company you were here. Links to other sites, such as pulan.app and the booking page, open in a new tab, and those sites have their own policies.
Who is answerable
Silenos LLC runs this site and decides everything described above. We have not published a registered address yet. If you need one in writing, ask, and a person will send it.
Questions go to business@silenos.ai.
