Silenos LLC. Writing to us through this site does not start a piece of work or create a contract. That happens in a signed document, not on a web page.

What the site is for

Reading, and getting in touch. Everything here describes how we work and what we think. None of it is an offer, a quote, or a price, and nothing on this site commits us to doing a piece of work.

The profile and the guide are not advice

The profile on the assessment page and the overview in the small business guide are general education and a way to start a conversation. They are not legal advice, not a compliance assessment and not an audit, and they are not a substitute for asking someone qualified in your jurisdiction. Anything we say back after reading a profile is our opinion. Decisions about your business stay yours.

What we do not promise

We keep this site accurate and we fix what we get wrong. We cannot promise it is complete, or current, or reachable at every moment. If something here matters to a decision you are about to make, write and ask a person rather than relying on the page.

Whose words are whose

The writing, drawings and code on this site are ours. Quote us, link to us and argue with us in public. Do not republish the writing as your own. What you send us stays yours, and we use it only to reply to you.

Changes

This page changes when the site does. There is no notification, because there is no mailing list to notify.
