Then that is the finding. You keep the Discovery Report, including the map of what is realistically possible, and you owe us nothing further.
How much does a Discover cost?
A fixed price for a fixed scope, set after a 30-minute scoping call. We do not quote a number before we understand the problem, and we never quote one in a corridor.
Who owns what you build?
You do: your data, every output, the configuration, source, documentation, models and credentials, plus a perpetual right to run it without us. We keep our own methodology and reusable tooling.
Do you touch our live data?
We work inside your controlled environment, on the data you make available, with guardrails written into the agreement we both sign.
How is the ten questions different from the Discover?
The ten questions are free, take about ten minutes, and are not scored: two people read your answers and reply within three working days. The Discover is a paid, two-week diagnosis of one real problem, using your data, ending in a go or a no-go.
