What we do with your details
This is a short page because we collect very little.
The contact form
Your name, email address, company if you give one, and your message. It becomes one email to one inbox at silenos.ai and goes nowhere else. We keep it so we can reply and so we remember the conversation. Ask us to delete it and we will.
The ten questions
Your name, email address, your role if you give one, and your answers. They reach GuruPrakash SampathKumar and Reena NP as one email and go nowhere else: no scoring, no profiling, and nothing runs them through a machine before a person reads them. Ask us to delete them and we will.
How long any of it lasts
Neither form writes anything down. Both build an email and send it, so your words last as long as that mailbox keeps them and exist nowhere else on this site. There is no database to be removed from, because there is no database. We would rather tell you that than invent a retention period we have no machinery to enforce.
Your network address, and the spam limit
One thing here does treat you as data. To stop a single machine sending us a thousand messages, the site counts submissions by network address and stops accepting them after five in an hour. That address is held in memory for one hour, is never written to disk, is never part of the email, and is never looked at by a person. It is the only reason we handle it at all.
Who else handles it
Four companies. Cloudflare serve this site and keep standard server logs, including your network address, which we do not read. Resend send the email the two forms produce, which means the contents of that email pass through them. Cal.com run the booking page. Nothing on this site contacts them, and if you never book a call they never hear of you. If you do, they hold your name, your email and the time you chose, and Microsoft hold the same three things, because the booking becomes an entry in a Microsoft 365 calendar and the call itself runs on Teams. Nobody else is involved, and none of them is paid to do anything with your details except the thing described here.
What we do not do
No analytics, no tracking, no advertising pixels, no cookies. That is why there is no cookie banner. We cannot tell you how many people read this page, because we did not build the thing that would tell us.
Fonts and files
Every font and image on this site is served from silenos.ai. Nothing you load here tells another company you were here.
Who is answerable
Silenos LLC runs this site and decides everything described above. We have not published a registered address yet. If you need one in writing, ask, and you will get it from a person rather than from this page.
